Terms and Conditions for MESA's Global Education Program

Ethics Policy

MESA International's Education Program is designed to bring a level of knowledge and understanding to all members of the MES/MOM community, suppliers and manufacturers/producers alike. MESA International recognizes the valuable contribution made by companies offering education facilities for this important initiative. At the same time we need to guarantee a set of behaviors and ethical standards for the facility supplier, delegates and instructors. Potential customers as well as potential competitors may attend an education event in the facility providers premises and MESA International wishes to make clear by the publication of this policy that all parties are required to behave in a professional and respectful way in order to support this important initiative and show appreciation to all parties for supporting this cross industry education program.

Discrimination Policy

MESA GEP is committed to the principle that all persons shall have equal access to programs, facilities, services, and employment without regard to personal characteristics not related to ability, performance, or qualifications as determined by MESA GEP policy and/or applicable laws.

MESA GEP prohibits discrimination, harassment and bullying against any person because of age, ancestry, color, disability or handicap, national origin, race, religion, gender, sexual or affectional orientation, gender identity, appearance, matriculation, political affiliation, marital status, veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law. MESA GEP expects that its employees, volunteers, members, and other constituents of the MESA GEP, when and where ever those individuals are conducting MESA GEP business or participating in MESA GEP events or activities, shall maintain an environment free of discrimination, including harassment, bullying, or retaliation.

Questions or comments about discrimination should be directed to MESA Headquarters, +1.480.893.6883, hq@mesa.org. Additional information, including the complete text of the harassment policy and appropriate complaint procedures, may be found here.

Reschedule Option

Global Education Program events will proceed when the requisite number of attendees have registered.  The minimum number varies by program type and location.  MESA International reserves the right to postpone or cancel a program three weeks before an Onsite Program and three days before an Online Program start date if the minimum number of attendees for the class is not met.

Onsite Events:

In the instance that a program is postponed, cancelled or moved to another location, registrants will be contacted and rescheduled to another convenient class. In the event that MESA cannot offer a reasonable alternative, a refund will be provided.

Online Events:

In the instance where an Online Course is postponed or moved to another date and time, registrants will be offered the opportunity to move to the rescheduled date or another course.  In the event MESA cannot offer a reasonable alternative, a refund will be provided.
